Description

This is a Voluntary ex-ante transparency (VEAT) notice. This notice is to indicate that the Wheatley Group intend to award a contract for the following provision of a floating Support application to integrate with our existing Care Management Software.
The floating support application will enable staff to access real-time customer care information and support them to provide tailored care to our customers.
This solution includes licensing and support for up to 1000 users and 10000 customer records per year.

AI Transcription Tool

Swindon Borough Council (SBC) wishes to invite expressions of interests from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of an AI Transcription Tool to support administrative tasks across the council, for an initial contract term of 12 months estimated to start on 13 February 2025. From the end of the initial period, the council has an option to extend the contract for a further 6 periods of 12 months. Total potential term 7 years. We expect to use 31,912 hours per year, however, this volume is not guaranteed. The initial 12 month term of the Contract is an estimated value between £80,000.00 and £300,000.00. The estimated value of the option to extend for a 12 month period is £80,000.00 and £300,000.00. The estimated potential total contract period of 7 years shall be between £560,000.00 and £2,100,000.00. Please note that the services are subject to demand and the expected volumes quoted of 31,912 hours per annum (and used for the purpose of evaluation) are not guaranteed. In addition, the Council reserves the right to increase the annual contract value up to £300,000 per annum for each 12-month period, subject to use and budget approval.

Crown Commercial Service has set up a Dynamic Purchasing System for the supply of artificial intelligence services. Crown Commercial Service is inviting suppliers to request to participate in the Artificial Intelligence DPS. This DPS offers a simple route to purchase artificial intelligence services in the public sector, allowing customers to access a wide range of competition in an emerging market, including discovery and consultancy services, licencing, customisation and support for AI applications, and end-to-end partnerships. If you are successfully appointed to the DPS following your submission you will be invited by customers (buyers) to submit tenders for relevant services through a call for competition. This DPS remains open for any supplier to request to participate throughout the duration of the DPS. CCS reserves the right to reduce, extend or terminate the DPS period at any time during its lifetime in accordance with the terms set out in the DPS contract. Additional information: Please be advised that this DPS has a further extension of 24 months. This follows the initial period of 18 months, an initial extension period of 12 months, a second extension of 8 months and the third extension of 12 months. Please note the Closing Date, Contract Start Date and Contract End Date have been manipulated to support compatibility system issues. However please refer to the contract notice for the correct dates, timelines etc.
