Description

The University wishes to appoint a contractor under two Lots. Lot One: to provide a weekday, day time, term-time inter-site bus service for its students and staff between campuses in the Brighton area and Varley Park.Lot Two: to provide coach and mini-bus services for University activities, including teaching and research trips and social activities.

Non Franchised Bus and DRT Services

Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) wishes to implement a DPS from which TfGM will procure Subsidised Services including but not limited to: Network Bus Services, Subsidised Bus Services, Resource Contracts, Demand Response contracts and Metroshuttle contracts. The DPS will provide TfGM with a selection of qualified operators to supply tendered services in areas where there is a social need that is not served by the commercial bus network. Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of a high quality and cost effective Education and Social Care Transport Service. The DPS Supplier Qualification Questionnaire (SQQ) will remain available for the duration of the DPS. The requirements will cover bus, taxi, minibus and wheelchair accessible vehicles. The DPS will be structured into the following 5 lots: Lot 1: 4-8 seat vehicles Lot 2: 9-16 seat vehicles Lot 3: 17-49 seat vehicles Lot 4: 50+ seat vehicles Lot 5: Wheelchair accessible vehicles The DPS will run for an initial period of 5 years with an option to be extended for a further period of up to 24 months (reviewable on an annual basis and subject to performance).
