Sutton Housing Partnership (SHP) is an Arm’s Length Management Organisation (ALMO) providing a repairs and maintenance service to residents living in 7,500 homes in the Borough, with a portfolio ranging from high rise estates, small residential blocks and street properties. It is a high performing ALMO with aspirations to be the best and deliver outstanding services to each and every resident. SHP prides itself on the close working relationships with residents that it is developing, delivering over 1,300 reactive repairs each month.
SHP wishes to set up a Framework for Voids and Repairs (supply chain) across five LOTS to support the SHP repairs team, working in partnership to deliver excellent service to residents.
This is an opportunity to work with the SHP repairs team, delivering mainly reactive repairs, voids and maintenance services to its tenants and leaseholders. This would include repairs to tenants’ homes as well as to communal areas.
SHP are seeking contractors to support its delivery the following trades and works:
Drainage and plumbing- Lot 1
Electrical works, including electrical testing- Lot 2
Roofing including scaffolding- Lot 3
Voids and Repairs - Lot 4
Asbestos surveys and removal - Lot 5

Fix cross bar to posts 5m long formed from 120mm x 80mm x8mm steel box section placed on a swing pivot one end with locking device and a padlocking catch the other end. Both gate posts and cross bar to be painted with red and white chevrons/stripes Affix 5m long five bar metal field gate hinged one end and padlock catch the other end.
