Project: Car Park Area, Community Park, Wickham Bishops Road, Hatfield Peverel
Works Specification
•	Mobilisation/setting out: erect temporary fencing across new entrance for security/safety. Allow for chemical site toilet/welfare for duration of contracts works.
•	Excavate through earth bund in 2 places to create 1 x 6m access & 1 x 2m access.
•	Excavate total area 754m2 x 300mm deep and move soil to tip area max distance 150m. 
•	Install 1 x layer of Terram separation membrane, overfill total area 754m2 with 200mm thick crushed concrete (75mm down) and compact with vibrating twin drum roller 1200mm.
•	Infill total area 754m2 with 100mm thick Type 1 granite scalpings and compact with vibrating twin drum roller 1200mm. 
•	Place total 120m x telegraph poles to all borders of carpark entrance , parking area and footpath to country park all secured at 3m centres by T16mm u bars with 400mm long fixing legs.
•	Erect 2 x gate posts 2.2m high from ground level made from 203mm x 203mm x60 MSUB RSJ to be placed 1m deep in the ground and minimum 900mm x 900mm x 1000mm deep GEN 3 concrete pad foundation.  Fix cross bar to posts 5m long formed from 120mm x 80mm x8mm steel box section placed on a swing pivot one end with locking device and a padlocking catch the other end.                                                                                                                                   Both gate posts and cross bar to be painted with red and white chevrons/stripes                                                 Affix 5m long five bar metal field gate hinged one end and padlock catch the other end. Erect nominal 3m long x 2m high chain link fence from each new gate post terminating into earth bund either side.
•	On completion of works leave site clean and tidy.
