Description

There are 20 closed protocol fire alarms and 16 closed protocol intruder alarms in various Council and SLLC properties throughout the South Lanarkshire area which were installed by FMS Fire & Security Ltd (FMS) as a result of an architect’s design, when the properties were built.
The Council therefore require to procure a contract with FMS Fire & Security to undertake all inspections, routine servicing, and maintenance, repair and / or replacement of parts identified during maintenance visits; call outs to reset the systems or to repair as necessary to ensure the satisfactory operation of the intruder systems within those  properties.

The Buyer wishes to run an Open process under the Procurement Act 2023 for the Supply, Calibration and Reactive Maintenance services for Weighing Equipments used by Border Force, across multiple locations.
