Transitional Care and Nursing Beds in Lincolnshire

This procurement seeks to enter into additional block purchasing agreements that will offer additional and fixed capacity for Older Persons transitional and nursing care. By securing such capacity the Council will be in a stronger position to be able to manage increasing demand within existing financial and market-based constraints. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Healthcare Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
