Description

Hebridean Housing Partnership (HHP) is seeking to establish a multi lot, multi supplier framework to deliver its Investment Works programme for 2023 – 2027. HHP intend to appoint up to a maximum five contractors per Lot of the framework.
The framework geographical delivery locations are: Lewis, Harris, Uists and Barra.
The framework covers the following types of work across 18 lots:
- Windows & Doors
- Heating
- Bathrooms
- Kitchens
- Roofing & Roughcast
- Electrical
- Environmental
- Occupational Therapy
- Energy Efficiency

A S104 Agreement will be required for the scheme. All costs associated with obtaining this agreement will be borne by the Contractor and should be included within the tender sum. For the avoidance of any doubt, this should include all legal fees, surety costs and commuted sums. It is anticipated that a S278 Agreement will be required for the scheme. All costs associated with obtaining this agreement will be borne by the Contractor and should be included within the tender sum. The client has commenced with the SAB application, and it is hoped that this will be in place prior to signing of contracts.
