Description

Reactive and void maintenance, major works, cyclical planned maintenance and component replacements to a defined geographical grouping of Wandle’s housing stock.
The two lots would total circa £60,000,000 (£30,000,000 per lot) as follows:
•East: Bromley, Croydon, Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark
•West: Kingston-upon-Thames. Merton, Sutton, Wandsworth

National Maintenance, Responsive Repairs and Void works (Regions)

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids.
