Upstream support will entail support to strengthen SME Integration to Anchor Company supply chains, it will encompass a series of in person workshops across the island of Ireland. The use of in-person developmental workshops will provide a hands-on learning where participants can directly engage with the subject matter, enhancing understanding and retention, allowing for a more interactive learning experience. The workshops will create valuable networking opportunities, enabling participants to connect with peers and build professional relationships and networks along with 1 to 1 mentoring that will enable SMEs to strategically analyse their operations and determine how they can make the necessary improvements to increase their ability to access large company supply chains.
