NHS Shared Business Services act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) - existing and new. As part of demonstrating capability bidders will be required to evidence the Accreditations they hold with vendors to ensure the framework delivers maximum value for money. We are committed to working with suppliers who are dedicated to Sustainability and Social Value and there will be a significant weighting on these elements in the tender.   Bidders will deliver all the mandatory requirements as detailed in the Specification section of the Framework Agreement; The scope of the intended framework agreement is wide and is proposed to include, without being limited to, the products and services listed below: ⦁ COTS software licencing ⦁ Bespoke Software development ⦁ Infrastructure equipment supply ⦁ Infrastructure support and maintenance ⦁ Infrastructure management services - equipment ⦁ Infrastructure management services - software There are additional Selection Qualification (SQ), Award Questionnaire (AQ), Commercial Schedule requirements, and Bidder Declarations applicable, and Bidders are asked to respond to these also. A Framework Agreement will be awarded to a maximum of 30 bidders Where the Bidder does not score a minimum of 65% in total out of 90% Quality in the AQ questions (including Social Value), the Authority shall exclude the submission from further evaluation. The maximum number of Bidders may increase where 2 or more Bidders have tied scores in last awardable position. Additionally, NHS SBS reserves the right to award to any Bidder whose final score is within 1% of the last awardable position. The Supply and Installation of an Immersive Suite Solution

Wrexham University is looking to create an immersive space that will be used for a wide range of activities from training scenarios for our students and industry partners through to development of immersive training content and supporting technologies. We are looking to install an Immersive four wall and floor projection solution space using 2D projectors to be installed into a new building at the university. As a guide, the expected users of the immersive space will be: University Students Academic Researchers NHS Professionals and Trainees Industry Partners Schools and Colleges Professional Training Organisations Interdisciplinary Project Teams Community Outreach Initiatives University subsidiary limited companies – Glyndwr Innovation Ltd. (GIL), North Wales Science Ltd. (NWS) Commercial partners who the University will have Commercial Partnership contracts which may deliver revenue generation. The Immersive space will be housed in part of a new building on Wrexham University’s Plas Coch campus. This building is due to be completed during December 2025 therefore whilst the procurement of the immersive suite technology will take place during 2024 the full installation of Immersive Suite would not be scheduled until late 2025. It is expected that the Immersive Space supplier will work with the construction contractor throughout 2025 to ensure successful completion of the overall project. The solution needs to be able to run scenarios and content from a number of different applications. A full list is provided in Appendix 1F, which should be completed in full. The following are viewed as mandatory, and full compatibility integration need to be in place before 5th December 2025. The solution needs to allow the university to show their own pre-recorded and live streamed 360 material. The solution needs to be able to show material created using Insta360 products (specifically using the Insta360 Titan camera system) The solution needs to be able to show material created using Insta360 products (specifically using the Insta360 X4 camera system) The solution needs to be able to show material created using YouTube 360.
