Description

This requirement is to deliver peer mentoring support to people recovering from substance misuse and/or mental ill-health who are aged 25+ who are long-term unemployed or economically inactive or aged 16-24 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET). Contracts will be awarded to deliver the service in 7 separate Lots or regional areas.
Bidders are entitled to bid for a single Lot, multiple Lots or all Lots.

NHS Norfolk & Waveney ICB (NWICB) seeks competitive bids for the Provision of a Learning Disability Respite Service for People aged 18+ with a learning disability, who are under the duty of care of NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and are registered with a GP within Norfolk & Waveney.<br/><br/>The successful Provider will deliver a five-bed residential respite service with nursing care for adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.<br/><br/>The service will be provided 24 hours per day, seven days a week including days, evenings and weekends, and will be provided over a full 52 weeks per year, as defined and detailed in the Essential Standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Extra Care Housing Schemes in Slough - Care and Support Services

Slough Borough Council is seeking suitably experienced and qualified providers for the provision of Care and Support services for Extra Care Housing across two schemes in Slough, at The Pines and Northampton Place (total 126 units). The Care and Support services offered in Extra Care are mainly aimed at older people but may also meet the needs of younger adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities or mental health challenges. The service will operate a Core and Flex model: a guaranteed on-site core (including a waking night presence and a light daytime cover window for unplanned response/coordination) with flexible, planned care commissioned on actuals to meet individual outcomes. The contract will commence on 1 September 2026 for an initial three year period with the option to extend for two x twelve month periods to 31 August 2031. The Council are holding a Supplier Engagement Presentation on 8 January 2026 at 10am. Further details are detailed in the ITT.

It forms part of the UK Government’s Get Britain Working strategy to reduce economic inactivity and promote inclusive growth. The Connect to Work programme aims to support 1565 economically inactive residents in West Northamptonshire over the next five years by delivering personalised support, including employability training, confidence building, and workplace adjustment advice, increasing awareness and access to local job opportunities, identifying and addressing barriers to employment for people with disabilities and long-term health conditions, reducing economic inactivity and reliance on other services through sustained employment, promoting diversity and inclusion among local employers and working collaboratively with other South Midlands local authorities. This funding is allocated to the South Midlands Partnership region. WNC is the accountable body for Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, North Northamptonshire, and West Northamptonshire. This tender relates specifically to West Northamptonshire.
