Description

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is looking to establish a framework for the Supply and Installation of Bathroom Adaption and Associated Works. The framework will operate a rotational system, with a maximum of 12 contractors being selected to join the framework.  The project is funded by the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG), a capital grant paid from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) to local authorities in England to adapt older and disabled people’s homes to help them to live independently and safely.

Trivallis are seeking to appoint experienced contractors to undertake the installation and renewal of kitchens and bathrooms, along with all associated works and delivery of wellbeing initiatives. We particularly welcome responses from small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).).

Echelon Consultancy are supporting Watford Community Housing (WCH) who are seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced Suppliers to deliver Repairs and Empty Homes works across this framework which will operate for a period of four years. Lots are separated by region and value, with nine geographical regions (including a national region) and two value bands within each region.
