Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to: - Programme/project management: Governance set-up and on-going management, ensuring strong delivery mindset and partnership approach instilled throughout the programme across all parties involved. - Workstream leadership: Drive the successful delivery of workstreams as defined by the programme. - Communications and Test planning: Oversee defining the communications and testing strategy to ensure successful delivery and embedding of this change. - Business Analysis: Facilitate effective and efficient delivery such that Border to Coast's outcomes are delivered, able to engage with SMEs and own the business analysis load todeliver the programme. The proposed team will need to have proven experience successfully implementing the platform.
Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB) seeks a suitably qualified consultant to act as Lead Consultant and Principal Designer (CDM 2015) for improvement works addressing anti-ligature, dementia, and infection prevention and control issues at Angelton Clinic, Glanrhyd Hospital (Bridgend) and Ysbyty Cwm Cynon (Mountain Ash). The consultant will manage the project from feasibility through completion, including design coordination, cost and contract management, and site supervision.
The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) invites tenders for the provision of expert consultancy support to assist with its regulatory responsibilities concerning rail vehicle accessibility. The successful supplier will provide independent, evidence-based analysis of potential non-compliances with accessibility standards under the Railways (Interoperability) Regulations 2011 and the Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Non-Interoperable Rail System) Regulations 2010. This support will be delivered under a call-off contract structure, with individual Statements of Work issued as required. The consultant will be expected to respond to reactive casework, often initiated by public complaints, and produce detailed reports to inform enforcement decisions. The contract will run for approximately 36 months.
Slough Borough Council is seeking a professionally qualified consultancy organisation to Support the Council with the budget setting process with a focus on 2026/27 budget. In July 2025, the Council commissioned a consultancy to develop a High-Level Council-Wide ‘Operating Model Design Diagnostic across the Council. This has identified a number of key areas which savings could be made. The Council would like to explore these opportunities with a view to generating fully developed, tested and validated savings proposals which can be reflected in the 2026/27 budget setting process. Consultants will need to demonstrate that they have delivered this type of work in other Local Authorities or similar organisations. Prospective bidders are to note that we have a restricted timetable for this piece of work and therefore the contract will commence on 3 November 2025 for a six week period. The council will be holding a Presentation to Bidders on Tuesday 21st October at 2pm. This will be a maximum of twenty minutes to give an overview of the project and they key deliverables that we want to receive. The council proposes two phases for this programme. The Council may exercise a no obligation option to utilise Phase 2 if required. Please note the timelines are to deliver Phase 1 only. The council anticipates that the provider awarded the contract for Phase 1 will be required to deliver Phase 2. A further notice will be published if Phase 2 is awarded.
Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB) is seeking to appoint a Lead Consultant/Design Team to deliver architectural and associated consultancy services for the refurbishment of areas within Pinewood House, Treorchy. The works will include, but are not limited to: flooring, decoration, new door sets, bathroom refurbishments, updated intercom access, hard landscaping, investigation of courtyard roof water ingress, and assessment of heating/cooling requirements in the first-floor annex. The appointed consultant will act as Lead Designer and Principal Designer under CDM 2015 and provide full pre- and post-contract services in line with RIBA Plan of Work 2020 Stages 1–7. Duties will cover feasibility studies, stakeholder liaison, design development, tender documentation, procurement support, contract administration, site inspections, and supervision through to project completion and the 12-month defects liability period.
