Shrewsbury Town Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy to develop a comprehensive Conservation Management Plan (CMP) for Quarry Park, a key historic and recreational asset in Shrewsbury. The CMP will provide a strategic and operational framework for the sustainable management, enhancement, and protection of the park, ensuring it remains resilient to environmental challenges and continues to support a wide range of community, cultural, and ecological functions. This plan will build upon the strategic vision established by the Shrewsbury Big Town Plan and the Movement & Public Spaces Strategy and will complement existing Conservation Management Plans for other heritage assets in the town, including Shrewsbury Castle, Rowley's House, and the Shrewsbury Museum & Art Gallery. Collectively, these plans will inform a coordinated and place-based approach to conserving Shrewsbury's rich heritage environment.

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB) is seeking to appoint a Lead Consultant to undertake a comprehensive survey, assessment, and prioritised upgrade plan for the High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical infrastructure at the Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend. The hospital’s existing electrical infrastructure, dating from approximately 1985, contains several single points of failure across both HV and LV systems, including ageing switchgear, insufficient resilience, and limited standby generation capacity. The appointed consultant will be required to carry out a full technical survey of the HV/LV network, standby generators, and associated infrastructure; identify risk-critical defects; and develop high-level costed solutions aligned with Welsh Health Technical Memoranda (WHTM). Following the survey, the Lead Consultant will act as Lead Designer to develop and deliver approved short-term works aimed at improving resilience and reducing the immediate risk of supply failure. Duties will include preparation of design specifications, contractor competence assessment, tender documentation, project management, contract administration, site supervision, and oversight of testing and commissioning. The scope covers pre-contract services through to completion and defects-period support. The consultancy team is expected to include Electrical Engineering (lead), Architectural, Structural/Civil, Fire Engineering, Project Management, Cost Management, and CDM Principal Designer services. Tender submissions will be evaluated on a 60% price and 40% quality basis. Bidders must demonstrate relevant healthcare project experience, provide CVs of key personnel, and evidence delivery of similar engineering and infrastructure resilience schemes. A site visit is strongly recommended prior to submitting a fee proposal.

Initial discussions have taken place since September 2025 with at least 7 suppliers, to understand propositions available within the areas of interest to Border to Coast. This has taken the form of informal overviews and discussions of our organisation, our requirement, and the challenges with this type of transformational change to ensure successful business outcomes. In partnership with Border to Coast, our Asset Servicer, and our selected platform Provider (BlackRock Solutions), set-up and deliver the implementation programme to time, scope, and budget. Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to: - Programme/project management: Governance set-up and on-going management, ensuring strong delivery mindset and partnership approach instilled throughout the programme across all parties involved. - Workstream leadership: Drive the successful delivery of workstreams as defined by the programme. - Communications and Test planning: Oversee defining the communications and testing strategy to ensure successful delivery and embedding of this change. - Business Analysis: Facilitate effective and efficient delivery such that Border to Coast's outcomes are delivered, able to engage with SMEs and own the business analysis load todeliver the programme. The proposed team will need to have proven experience successfully implementing the platform.

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB) seeks a suitably qualified consultant to act as Lead Consultant and Principal Designer (CDM 2015) for improvement works addressing anti-ligature, dementia, and infection prevention and control issues at Angelton Clinic, Glanrhyd Hospital (Bridgend) and Ysbyty Cwm Cynon (Mountain Ash). The consultant will manage the project from feasibility through completion, including design coordination, cost and contract management, and site supervision.

The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) invites tenders for the provision of expert consultancy support to assist with its regulatory responsibilities concerning rail vehicle accessibility. The successful supplier will provide independent, evidence-based analysis of potential non-compliances with accessibility standards under the Railways (Interoperability) Regulations 2011 and the Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Non-Interoperable Rail System) Regulations 2010. This support will be delivered under a call-off contract structure, with individual Statements of Work issued as required. The consultant will be expected to respond to reactive casework, often initiated by public complaints, and produce detailed reports to inform enforcement decisions. The contract will run for approximately 36 months.
