Chemonics Group UK Limited, which is implementing the Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 (PFRU-2) Project as part of international technical assistance, invites you to submit a Tender Proposal for the procurement of construction services for the structural rehabilitation of the CBRN shelter at Merefa Central Rayon Hospital, located at 148 Dniprovska Street, Merefa, Kharkiv Oblast. PFRU-2 is a multi-donor programme managed by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) of the United Kingdom in cooperation with the Government of Ukraine. As part of its project activities, PFRU-2 is seeking a service provider for the construction services for the structural rehabilitation of the CBRN shelter at Merefa Central Rayon Hospital. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority intends to put in place a dynamic purchasing system for the provision of Construction Professional Services including but not limited to; project management, engineering, cost consultancy, design services, architectural services, and environmental and sustainability services.

The RM6242 DPS will be organised into distinct categories so: Suppliers can indicate all elements relevant to their service offering, and Customers can filter the elements to produce a shortlist of appointed suppliers to invite to a competition. The four (4) distinct categories comprise of: Technical & Professional Services Industry Sector Geographical Regions Additional Capability Within these filters are further sub-filters that agencies can select to demonstrate the level of services they can provide. Additional information: Please note the Closing Date, Contract Start Date and Contract End Date have been manipulated to support compatibility system issues. However please refer to the contract notice for the correct dates, timelines etc. The Initial term of this DPS was 48 months with optional extension periods of 12 months + 12 months (a maximum of 72 months). This is to advise that the optional extension has been utilised and the end date is now 23/02/2029. The value has also been increased from £150m to £800m.

It also encompasses demolition and recovery services to prepare sites for development, facilities management covering building fabric and technical systems, and professional services including project management and cost control. The framework is structured across multiple lots based on project type and value, ranging from under 750,000 GBP to over 25 million GPB.
