PFRU-2 is a multi-donor programme managed by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) of the United Kingdom in cooperation with the Government of Ukraine. As part of its project activities, PFRU-2 is seeking a service provider for the construction services for the structural rehabilitation of the CBRN shelter at Merefa Central Rayon Hospital. Please note the following important tender provisions: The submission deadline is 1 December 2025, 15:00 Kyiv time; All questions regarding the tender conditions must be submitted no later than 21 November 2025, 15:00 Kyiv time; All communication regarding the tender must be conducted exclusively in writing via email: [email protected]; The PFRU-2 Project is exempt from taxes, duties, and VAT in the cooperating country.
