Description

We are seeking project management and contract administration services for the £60 million redevelopment of the 3 West facility at our Calverton Down campus, located in Bath, BA2 7AY.
      The 3 West building has reached the end of its usable life and requires redevelopment to align with the University's aspirations. It is currently empty, having been decanted of occupants.
      To support the redevelopment, the University requires the services of a project management consultant to lead the redevelopment from RIBA 1 to 7 process and work in conjunction with the UOB's Executive, Campus Infrastructure Team, and Faculty.
