Public Sector Security Services Tenders

This is a re-tender of the Provision of Security Guarding Services to the British Embassy in Tel Aviv. The Contract will have a duration of three (3) years and is scheduled to commence on 16 December 2025 and expire on 15 December 2028. The contract may be extended by a further two years in yearly increments; therefore, the maximum duration of the contract will be five (5) years. The central objective of the Contract is the appointment of an experienced and competent contractor to deliver the safety and security of Authority Personnel and others for whom the Authority accepts duty of care at the British Embassy in Tel Aviv.

1.1 Bedford Borough Council is inviting tenders for the provision of Security Services for the next 3 Bedford River Festivals hosted in summer 2026; 2028 and 2030. The Council are looking for Security Suppliers highly experienced in Events and Events Security Management.

East Suffolk Council ("ESC") is seeking to procure a suitably experienced security company to provide security services for Temporary Accommodation units within Coppice Court, Britten Road, Lowestoft and 141 St Peters Street, Lowestoft to monitor the out of office hours, weekends and bank holidays. Duties and expectations would specifically require presence in the building during the necessary hours, regular hourly patrolling of the communal parts and daily/nightly reporting to ESC of any issues encountered. Security guards/officers would also be required to deal with any anti-social behaviour or non-compliance re any health and safety aspects, clear corridor policy and any illegal activities which could also require reporting and assistance from the local Police authority. ESC intends to procure the contract through a Competitive Flexible Procedure in accordance with section 20(1) and (2)(b) of the Procurement Act 2023.

This ITT has been issued by the Council in connection with a competitive tendering procedure being conducted in accordance with the Act. The Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced economic operators ‘Bidders’ for security guarding and event stewarding services. This ITT sets out the information which is required by the Council to assess the suitability of Bidders' legal and financial capacity and technical ability ‘Conditions of Participation’ to meet the ITT requirement. In addition to this, quality, social value, and pricing proposals ‘Award Criteria’ will also be assessed before any contract award is made.
