Holiday Activities with Food Services (HAF) Open Framework

Oxfordshire County Council invited Applicants to tender to join an Open Framework to support the provision of Holiday Activities and Food Services (HAF) across Oxfordshire. This Phase is to open the window for ongoing applications to join the Open Framework and will remain open for the full Open Framework Contract term. Our vision is that the Oxfordshire Holiday Activity and Food Services will provide high quality opportunities for children, young people and carers/parents that enable all who attend to have good experiences that offer enriched, social engagement, additionally nutritious food. Inclusively delivering these experiences, providers are expected to ensure that families can receive advice, guidance and support over the holiday periods of Summer, Easter and Christmas. We want to commission a rich and diverse programme of activities delivered by organisations from the private, voluntary and public sector that respond to the local need, draws in the wider community and is delivered in a variety of ways.

Community Short Breaks for Disabled Children

Oxfordshire County Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified providers to deliver Community based short breaks for disabled children and young people. The community short breaks provision is split into different types of activities (Lots) each lot is split geographically into Delivery Area 1, 2 and 3. Details of the delivery areas can be found in appendix 1 Service Specification within this Invitation to tender. The core service will consist of regular sessions to support children and young people to have consistent access to Short Breaks which offer a range of creative, flexible, fun and co-designed activities in local communities for children and young people with disabilities aged 5-18 This can be a combination of sessions after school, evening, weekends and in the school and college holidays. The Council would like to achieve a wide range of services and activities across the County within the following Lots which are: • Lot 1 After school activities. • Lot 2 Weekend and school holidays activities, • Lot 3 Evening activities and • Lot 4 Activities for Autistic Children and Young People, without a learning disability.
