Framework for Contractor to deliver new homes on behalf of Chapter Homes.\r \r This procurement process is being undertaken by Durham County Council on behalf of Chapter Homes. For the avoidance of doubt, all contractual arrangements will be directly with Chapter Homes, a limited company in their own right.\r \r This Framework is to appoint a Contractor to deliver new homes on behalf of Chapter Homes. The Framework will be let as a sole supplier agreement with a number one ranked contractor, with a further contractor held in reserve.
