FW078 Building Contractor Framework

Translink is establishing a Framework for the provision of Building Construction Works to support the delivery of Translink’s programme of capital and maintenance works. The Framework will consist of an Active List and a Reserve List. The Active List will consist of 6 Suppliers, and the Reserve List of 4 Suppliers. The duration of this Framework will be a maximum of 8 years in total. There will be an initial 4-year term with the option for extension(s) by up to a maximum of a further 48 months. No individual extension will be granted for a period longer than 24 months and any extension will be at the discretion of the Client. The end date set out in Contract Data Part One will reflect this requirement. Your response must be submitted via the relevant Call for Tender (CfT) on the eTendersNI portal. Tender for the Procurement of Contractor Frameworks (3 Lots)

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invited Tenders to put in place 3 Frameworks of Main Contractor Teams for each of three Lots, 1 - Building Works, 2 - Civil Engineering Works and 3 - Outdoor Play and Recreation Works. Each Framework will provide a Main Contractor Team to deliver Capital Projects. Sub Contractors may be required depending on the projects specifics. The Main Contractor will be responsible for the performance of its sub-contractors and other members of the supply chain. The successful Main Contractor will work on Fermanagh and Omagh District Council funded and non-funded projects of varying construction works values. These projects will include, but not be limited to Architectural, Building, Civil Engineering, Public Realm, Environmental Improvements, Conservation, Play Areas, car parks, building fit outs, water recreational and sports ground construction. Any other works required for a particular appointment
