South West Wales Regional Contractors Framework 2024

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE, NOT A TENDER OPPORTUNITY: Carmarthenshire County Council in association with Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Pembrokeshire County Council, Ceredigion County Council and Swansea County Council has appointed contractors with expertise in construction activities in relation to, but not limited to, schools, housing, leisure, commercial, industries, public buildings and other related premises within participant's remits, in order to provide works and services to support the creation and delivery of capital projects across the Soth West Wales Region across 13 Lots of the Framework. Please note that the figure for the total value of the contract/lot (v.2.4) under Section V 'Award of Contract' in each lot, is the anticipated total value of the Framework as a whole, over 4 years. As this is a framework arrangement, total values of spend for each individual lot cannot be specified.

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR HOUSING TECHNICAL HOUSING REPAIR OPERATIONS (HRO) & PLANNED ASSET MANAGEMENT STRATEGY (PAMS)

This notice is not a call for competition, its a contract award notice to inform the market of the Councils decision of award of framework for HOUSING TECHNICAL HOUSING REPAIR OPERATIONS (HRO) & PLANNED ASSET MANAGEMENT STRATEGY (PAMS). The Authority has developed the framework agreement set out as per the following lotting strategy:- Lot 1 - General Building was not awarded and will be reissued back to the market. Lot 2 -Electrical Lot 3- Painting/Decorating Lot 4- Flooring Lot 5- Asbestos The framework period was from 01 January 2024 – 31 December 2026, with the option to extend up to a further period of one (1) year. The total spend advertised in this contract notice is to be spent via in house via this framework. There can be no guarantee to the spend/volume of work issued under this framework.
