Worcestershire and West Midlands Development Framework - April 24

London Construction Programme Major Works Housing Framework MW24-H

LCP on behalf of Haringey Council has awarded a new major works framework specialising in housing and residential, to replace the existing major works framework. Scope of works will include new build housing, MMC, planned maintenance, retrofit, fire safety works, refurbishments and adaptations. It has been established for a period of 5 years and will be available to any public sector body in London and the Home Counties. The London Construction Programme (LCP) was established in 2012 by Haringey Council, supported by other London Local Authorities, to develop a pan-London strategy to improve construction procurement. The LCP is a 'virtual organisation' hosted and operated by Haringey Council's Strategic Procurement Team, led by the Chief Procurement Officer within the Council. The new Framework is to provide housing construction and housing construction related activities for new build developments, housing related planned maintenance, fire safety, retrofit and refurbishments according to the Lot Categories. The services will be available in 9 lots: Lot 1.1 New Build £5-£15m contract value Lot 1.2 New Build £10m-£25m contract value Lot 1.3 New Build £20m+ contract value Lot 1.4 Single Stage tendering, £5m+ contract value Lot 1.5 Modern Methods of Construction, £5m+ contract value Lot 1.6 Passivhaus or equivalent, £5m+ contract value Lot 2.1 Planned maintenance and fire safety works £1m+ Lot 2.2 Retrofit, refurbishment and adaptations Lot 2.3 Multi-use, £1m+ contract value LCP has reserved places for micro-, small-, medium- and large-enterprises on different Lots in order to encourage SMEs and provide choice for its Clients. Refurbishment and Modernisation Framework Agreement

This opportunity has been awarded on behalf of LHC Procurement Group (LHC) and our regional entities: Consortium Procurement Construction (CPC) LHC London and South East (LSE) Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) South-West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA) The Refurbishment and Modernisation Framework (RM3) will replace our successful Whole House Framework (WH2). The Refurbishment and Modernisation Framework will provide our clients with access to a range of refurbishment, improvement and modernisation services to maintain their buildings and surrounding external areas. The framework builds on the scope of LHCs' Whole House Framework and extends the scope to allow for works to be carried out in both residential and non-residential buildings. This Framework consists of the following workstreams: - Kitchens & Bathrooms with Associated Works - Electrical Works - Painting & Decorating - Environmental & External Works - Multi-Disciplinary Works To encourage SMEs and regional bidders workstreams are further split into project value band lots and each lot is also broken down into multiple regional areas allowing bidders to apply for the regional areas they commonly operate in. Additional information: LHC Procurement Group Limited is a not for profit central purchasing body acting on behalf of contracting authorities throughout England, Wales and Scotland (including partners of the Welsh Procurement Alliance, Scottish Procurement Alliance and South West Procurement Alliance) for whom we continue to monitor up to 500 live projects at any one time. Thanks to their ongoing and collective feedback and input into the development of this framework and given the reach and scale of their collective portfolios, the framework is both designed and anticipated to support the vast majority of requirements.
