Fire Safety Framework

This framework covers the geographical area of England and has been procured on behalf of: Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA) This new framework replaces our previous Fire Safety framework and extends the scope to include waking watch services, active fire protection, fire suppression and cladding remediation. The framework consists of 8 (eight) workstreams and some workstreams have multiple lots. Estates Projects Contractors Framework

Multi-Disciplinary construction Services to administer a wide range of projects. Project works are primarily delivered by the Universities campus development team, these projects generally comprise of a wide range of small to medium scale, construction extension and refurbishment works. Sub-contracting to the Main contractor would be supporting MEP contractors to carry out MEP installations associated with this type of project work. Refurbishments and Planned Maintenance (Academic Projects) Remodelling existing building layouts, upgrading Labs/Lecture Theatres and general spaces throughout the University. Approved via Individual business cases and University budgets. Residential Refurbishment Planned Maintenance Programme (PMP) General Refurbishment of the University’s residential buildings. Refurbishment and Modernisation Framework Agreement

This framework has been awarded by LHC Procurement Group on behalf of the Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA). LHCPG has also awarded this framework in England and Scotland on behalf of our other regional entities: and our other regional entities: Consortium Procurement Construction (CPC) LHC London and South East (LSE) South-West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) These two awards have accordingly been published on Find a Tender Service and Public Contracts Scotland. This new Framework replaces our successful Whole House Framework (WH2). The Refurbishment and Modernisation Framework will provide our clients with access to a range of refurbishment, improvement and modernisation services to maintain their buildings and surrounding external areas. The framework builds on the scope of LHC's Whole House Framework and extends the scope to allow for works to be carried out in both residential and non-residential buildings. This Framework consists of the following workstreams: - Kitchens & Bathrooms with Associated Works - Electrical Works - Painting & Decorating - Environmental & External Works - Multi-Disciplinary Works This framework will commence on the 1st March 2024 and will run for 4 years (48 months).

NHMF Frameworx Disability Adaptations Framework Agreements 2023

NPC on behalf of its members is seeking to appoint Contractors to a framework to undertake Disability Adaptations to their various dwellings, estates and schemes The Works may include the following: • Conversion of bathrooms into Shower Rooms and Wet Rooms; • Conversion of Kitchens to aid disability; • Installation of sanitary fittings to ais disability; • Installations of ramps to aid access ; • Installation of grab rails and other aids; • Installation of stairlifts, through floor lifts and ceiling and bath hoists ; • Construction of extensions; • Construction of hardstandings and storage facilties for mobility scooters; • Installation of automatic wc's and bidets; • Modification of dwellings to accommodate wheelchair access; • Provision of Occupational Therapist Services The works are mostly funded by Disability Facility Grants and self funding from Social Housing Providers For Further details refer to the ITT and Specification documentation. Once activated and logged in , users will need the following code to register for the procurement documentation: NPC9001 Economic operators may seek clarification where they consider any part of the procurement documentation is unclear. All queries and any clarifications must be communicated using the secure email messaging function within the Portal, but to be received no later than 17:00 on 10 November 2023, this will provide an audit trail of all clarification requests and responses issued. It will not be possible to respond to any queries received after that stipulated date and time. It is the Economic Operators responsibility to regularly monitor communications raised and issued through the Portal. Response to requests for clarification will be communicated by NPC to all Economic Operators through the portal secure email messaging system. When uploading Tender Documentation, Economic Operators must be aware of any speed limitations of their internet connection, system configuration and general web traffic etc., as these may impact on the time taken to complete the transaction. Uploading of submissions must be completed by the deadline closing date and time. DO NOT WAIT until too near the closing time on the return date. The closing deadline for uploading completed tender documentation is the 20 November 2023 at 15.00. Please note that the Portal will not permit tender submissions to be uploaded after the closing deadline. Tenders and supporting documentation must be visible to NPC and their advisers only after the closing deadline.
