Responsive Maintenance Framework v2 - AWARD

RESPONSIVE MAINTENANCE FRAMEWORK (NON-LEASEHOLD) LOT 1 (GENERAL BUILD) LOT 2 (ROOFING) Curo is looking to procure a Responsive Maintenance Framework which will encompass general build and roofing work requirements to non-leasehold Curo properties. The framework will be based on the NHF v8 schedule of rates (SOR) and Workmanship & Material Specification. The framework term will be for an initial period of 3 years. Curo is tendering for the provision of the above requirement. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given in the box below entitled - Date documents can be requested until. Important information: This tender is being conducted through the Curo supplier portal and all documentation is only available via this portal. Once you have registered and expressed interest in the project, all applicable documents are normally published to the secure area within 24 hours (via clicking on `My Tenders`). If after this time you have not received your email advising the tender documents have been published to the secure area, then contact the Procurement Team by sending a message through the correspondence function. An email will be sent to the `Publish Email` address supplied at registration when the documents have been published. Refurbishment and Modernisation Framework Agreement

This opportunity has been awarded on behalf of LHC Procurement Group (LHC) and our regional entities: Consortium Procurement Construction (CPC) LHC London and South East (LSE) Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) South-West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA) The Refurbishment and Modernisation Framework (RM3) will replace our successful Whole House Framework (WH2). The Refurbishment and Modernisation Framework will provide our clients with access to a range of refurbishment, improvement and modernisation services to maintain their buildings and surrounding external areas. The framework builds on the scope of LHCs' Whole House Framework and extends the scope to allow for works to be carried out in both residential and non-residential buildings. This Framework consists of the following workstreams: - Kitchens & Bathrooms with Associated Works - Electrical Works - Painting & Decorating - Environmental & External Works - Multi-Disciplinary Works To encourage SMEs and regional bidders workstreams are further split into project value band lots and each lot is also broken down into multiple regional areas allowing bidders to apply for the regional areas they commonly operate in. Additional information: LHC Procurement Group Limited is a not for profit central purchasing body acting on behalf of contracting authorities throughout England, Wales and Scotland (including partners of the Welsh Procurement Alliance, Scottish Procurement Alliance and South West Procurement Alliance) for whom we continue to monitor up to 500 live projects at any one time. Thanks to their ongoing and collective feedback and input into the development of this framework and given the reach and scale of their collective portfolios, the framework is both designed and anticipated to support the vast majority of requirements. NHMF Frameworx Disability Adaptations Framework Agreements 2023

NPC on behalf of its members is seeking to appoint Contractors to a framework to undertake Disability Adaptations to their various dwellings, estates and schemes The Works may include the following: • Conversion of bathrooms into Shower Rooms and Wet Rooms; • Conversion of Kitchens to aid disability; • Installation of sanitary fittings to ais disability; • Installations of ramps to aid access ; • Installation of grab rails and other aids; • Installation of stairlifts, through floor lifts and ceiling and bath hoists ; • Construction of extensions; • Construction of hardstandings and storage facilties for mobility scooters; • Installation of automatic wc's and bidets; • Modification of dwellings to accommodate wheelchair access; • Provision of Occupational Therapist Services The works are mostly funded by Disability Facility Grants and self funding from Social Housing Providers For Further details refer to the ITT and Specification documentation.
