The Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames reopened the The supported Living and Flexible Framework Agreement" provision for Supported Living and Outreach Services consisting of suitably qualified providers under which it can call off via direct awards or mini-competitions.\r This procurement comprises of three lots.
