Independent Specialist Provision for Children and Young People with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) - CA&FS - CSC/2023/687*

Independent Specialist Placements for children with SEND provides educational support for children and young people between the ages of 0-25 who have a special educational need and/or disability. This can be provided through nursery, school and college settings.\r \r The re-commissioned Flexible Framework will cease the current Framework.\r \r This contract falls under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Light Touch Regime (LTR) - Regulations 74 to 77. As such, the City Council will place an advert in Find a Tender Service (FTS), publish an award notice and comply with the principles of transparency and equal treatment.\r \r The Flexible approach means that the Tender will open t set periods to allow new Providers onto the Framework. Following the initial tender stage the will be a second opportunity for providers to join the framework after 6mths and then every 12mths following this.
