It offers hirers a large room with high vaulted wooden beam ceiling, a dance floor, a full-service bar, a small stage area, and access to a small patio. The walls of the function room are non-insulated, painted breeze block resulting in the room losing heat. The Council is seeking to improve heat retention. The windows and doors have already been replaced. We are now looking to plaster the walls to improve heat retention, install more energy efficient lighting, and redecorate.

Bedmond Sports Pavilion Building Works

The Bedmond Sports Pavilion is owned by Abbots Langley Parish Council and has been used as a clubhouse for many years. End of lease works are urgently required prior to offering the building to a new tenant. Works required include: - Removal of Asbestos in ceiling in area of Main Hall - Replace false ceiling with new or refurbished ceiling in Main Hall - Rewire complete building using existing fixture and fittings in Main Hall and Changing Rooms. - Install new ceiling lights in Main Hall. - Install accumulator to feed cold water to various areas within the building to unvented heaters and cold feed to cold taps. - Install new fire and security system - Supply fire extinguishers Please email the Clerk ([email protected]) with an expression of interest and to organise a site visit prior to submitting a quote.
