Northamptonshire Children's Trust for the Provision of Homes for Children and Young People in our Care Independent Fostering Arrangements and Children's Homes

Northamptonshire Children's Trust (hereafter referred to as the "Children's Trust") wishes to invite Tender Responses for the supply of services in respect of this requirement. This specification covers providing Homes for Children and Young People in Our Care, Independent Fostering Arrangements and Children's Homes. The primary role of Independent Fostering Arrangements and Children's Homes is to provide homes to ensure children in our care have a place that is safe and suitable for their individual needs, where they are supported by people who care for them and about them to achieve their full potential, develop resilience, enjoy good health and wellbeing and develop into adulthood. The Children's Trust is setting up a DPS to commence on 1st February 2024 with an initial term of 4 years and 2 months (i.e. to 31st March 2028), with an option to extend for up to an additional 3 years (until the 31st March 2031). Services will be categorised by the following lots that are described further in the specification: • Lot 1: Independent Fostering Agency placements for Children in Care - Category 1.1 - Standard - Category 1.2 - Enhanced - Category 1.3 - Complex Needs - Category 1.4 - Emergency - Category 1.5 - Transition to Family Care from Children's Homes - Category 1.6 - Parent and Child • Lot 2: Children's Homes placements for Children in Care - Category 2.1 - Standard Homes - Category 2.2 - Specialist Homes - Category 2.3 - Complex Needs - Category 2.4 - Emergency Potential Providers can apply for one or more Lots and Categories. The Light Touch Regime (LTR) applies to the Services under this DPS, as per Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Northamptonshire Children's Trust - For The Provision of Supported Accommodation and Support Hours for Young People aged 16 to 21 years old

Northamptonshire Children's Trust (hereafter referred to as the "Children's Trust") wishes to invite Tender Responses for the supply of services in respect of this requirement. This specification covers providing Supported Accommodation for children in care and care leavers aged 16 to 21, for Northamptonshire, including, where required, out of county homes. It excludes provision delivered by the Northamptonshire Children's Trust own provision or those already contracted under separate service contracts. The primary role of young people's supported accommodation is to prepare our young people for independence and adulthood. Where each young person starts on this journey will be different and the rate at which they move through this journey will vary but our Supported Accommodation providers and their staff, through their support, will proactively work with our care leavers to ensure successful transition to adulthood where they will thrive. Services that will be purchased by the Children's Trust will be individualised packages to meet the needs of our care leavers so that they are supported to successfully move onto adulthood and independence. The Children's Trust is setting up a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Supported Accommodation and Supported Hours for Young People aged 16 to 21 for an initial period of 50 months, with an option to extend for 36 months, making 86 months in total. Services will be categorised by the following Lots that are described further in the specification: • Lot 1 - Supported Accommodation for 16 and 17 year-olds (must be registered with Ofsted) • Lot 2 - Supported Accommodation for 18 to 21 year-olds • Lot 3 - Additional Support Hours The Light Touch Regime (LTR) applies to the Services under this Framework Agreement, as per Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

North Northamptonshire Council (hereafter referred to as the "Council") wishes to invite Tender Responses for the supply of Home Care services in North Northamptonshire. This specification sets out the requirements relating to the provision of home care Services for adults 18 and over. However, it is anticipated the Service will predominantly be used by those aged 65 years + or under 65 with a physical disability. Furthermore, those individuals ordinarily resident within the administrative area of North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) and have been assessed as meeting the eligibility criteria for adult social care in North Northamptonshire. The Service will be required to enable Individuals to remain in their own homes, living as independently and safely as possible. The Service will be delivered in a person-centred way that ensure Individuals are at the heart of service delivery.
