Business Support Consultancy Framework 2024

Liverpool City Region has been awarded UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSP) for 2022-2025.\r UKSPF is a key UK Government funding source to support the levelling up agenda. It replaces European Structural and Investment Funding (ESIF) for regeneration, employment and skills.\r As one of the six districts that make up the Liverpool City Region, Sefton Council has committed a proportion of its UKSPF allocation to Place Based Business Support until 31 March 2025. Business Growth & Investment is one of the four key strategic objectives of the Sefton Economic Strategic Plan.\r InvestSefton, the Council's business support and inward investment service, currently deliver the UKSPF Business Support programme in Sefton through a team of business advisers and officers. The Council is seeking to supplement this core service with demand-led specialist consultancy support.

UKSPF Place Based Business Support: Specialist Advisor Framework

Liverpool City Council are seeking suppliers to provide direct diagnostic services and specialist business advice for and on behalf of Liverpool City Council to the Liverpool business community. This service is funded through the Place Based Business Support (PBBS) programme which is a UK Shared Prosperity (UKSPF) funded programme delivered by Liverpool City Council and the other Liverpool City Region (LCR) Local Authorities. \r \r UKSPF is a key funding source to support UK government's levelling up agenda. UKSPF is the UK's domestic replacement for the European Structural and Investment Fund (ESIF), aimed at boosting regeneration, employment and skills.\r \r Liverpool City Council do not guarantee any level of business through this Framework Agreement. Demand will be on an ad-hoc basis and subject to business needs. Any volumes or values provided within the documentation are for indicative purposes only and there is no guarantee of any spend through this framework agreement.\r \r The intention is for this Framework Agreement to run for a period of 4 years.
