Estates Projects Contractors Framework

Multi-Disciplinary construction Services to administer a wide range of projects. Project works are primarily delivered by the Universities campus development team, these projects generally comprise of a wide range of small to medium scale, construction extension and refurbishment works. Sub-contracting to the Main contractor would be supporting MEP contractors to carry out MEP installations associated with this type of project work. Refurbishment and Modernisation Framework Agreement

This framework has been awarded by LHC Procurement Group on behalf of the Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA). LHCPG has also awarded this framework in England and Scotland on behalf of our other regional entities: and our other regional entities: Consortium Procurement Construction (CPC) LHC London and South East (LSE) South-West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) These two awards have accordingly been published on Find a Tender Service and Public Contracts Scotland. This new Framework replaces our successful Whole House Framework (WH2). The Refurbishment and Modernisation Framework will provide our clients with access to a range of refurbishment, improvement and modernisation services to maintain their buildings and surrounding external areas. The framework builds on the scope of LHC's Whole House Framework and extends the scope to allow for works to be carried out in both residential and non-residential buildings. This Framework consists of the following workstreams: - Kitchens & Bathrooms with Associated Works - Electrical Works - Painting & Decorating - Environmental & External Works - Multi-Disciplinary Works This framework will commence on the 1st March 2024 and will run for 4 years (48 months).
