Electrical Works - Contractor Framework - Northeast

Home Group is currently seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced local contractors in relation to establishing a Framework to provide Electrical Works specialist contractor support for our in-house DLO repairs service (HGRS) within the following Geographical areas:-\r \r Tyneside & Northumberland - NE1-71\r Teesside & Durham - DH1-9, SR1-8, DL1-17, TS1-29\r \r It is HGL's intention to appoint up to 3 contractors on a ranked basis.. This opportunity will be ideally suited to SMEs with an intimate knowledge of the North East area and are able to provide a reactive service for one of the country's largest providers of social housing.

Thirteen Repair and Maintenance Framework

Thirteen are looking to procure a Framework contract to provide support to the Investment and Maintenance In-House Teams on an "as and when" basis during periods of peak workload. The scope of this Framework Agreement is for the provision of responsive repairs (including commercial properties), maintenance works, void repairs, including MSD voids, electrical works and damp and mound in line with the provided specifications. The specific work types have been split into separate packages (Lots) These services shall fall into 5 ‘Lots’ reflecting the area of support needed for the business. The Framework contract will be for 2 years with the option to extend for further 2 years (4-year maximum)

Thirteen are seeking to appoint up to 5 contractors per lot, on an "as required basis" to support and supplement the in-house team in their day to day works and out of hours emergencies
