New Build Development Framework

The Authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier Framework to provide New Build Development works for its Members, Registered Social Landlords, Local Authorities and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies. The Framework is to cover Construction works and associated services. It is envisaged the primary usage will be for New Build Residential Developments. However the scope of the framework includes but not limited to New Build, Refurbishment / Renovations; Extensions and/or improvements. The tender is split the following lots • Lot 1a - North East (over £5M) • Lot 1b - North East (up to £7M) • Lot 2a - Yorkshire & Humber (over £5M) • Lot 2b - Yorkshire & Humber (up to £7M) • Lot 3 - North West • Lot 4 - West Midlands • Lot 5 - East Midlands • Lot 6 - East of England • Lot 7 - South East • Lot 8 - South West • Lot 9 - London • Lot 10 - Wales The authority seeks to appoint up to 8 suitably qualified Principal Contractors per Lot able to provide the full requirements.

Rosehill 2024 - New Development

The Authority is seeking to appoint a contractor to act as Principal Contractor in the development of new residential properties consisting of eight (8) no. units, with associated car parking and landscaping.\r The existing structure has already been demolished.\r The time on site is anticipated to be up to 52 weeks, to start as soon as possible and ideally by March 2025.\r \r The successfully awarded Contractor will be required to work together with North Tyneside Council (the Authority) to drive improvements and support the aims and ambitions of the Contract.\r \r Tenderers should note that site access can be facilitated on 28th October at 1pm or 30th October at 9am for those who have expressed an interest via the NEPO Portal in advance. Please confirm your attendance within the messaging section of the NEPO Portal, providing Attendees names and contact numbers and the date you are attending.\r \r Tenderers must pay attention to the requirements as set out in the full Tender pack.
