Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council (“The Council”) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver the Keyworking elements of its Families First Programme as detailed in the Contract documents and upon the terms and conditions contained in the attached Conditions of Contract. Multiply is a new up to GBP559 million programme to help transform the lives of adults across the UK, by improving their functional numeracy skills through free personal tutoring, digital training, and flexible courses.
