Provision of Adult Mental Health Floating Support Services

Short term community based service will be targeted at adults who have serious and/or enduring mental health needs to enable them to live and be supported within the community as opposed to acute healthcare settings. The support offered to Service users will be in line with the clusters 4-17 specifications.
