Youth Hub - Young People's Homelessness

As was detailed in the original notices: The services being procured are Schedule 3 services and as such this process will be conducted in line with Section 7 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. Specifically, the Council will be using a two-stage process. The first stage of this process will be an expression of interest, advertised via publication of this Prior Information Notice as allowed by Regulation 75(1)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. As per regulation 75(1)(b)(iv) this contract will be awarded without further publication and therefore interested economic operators should express their interest in writing, should they wish to be considered. Initial term = 36 months Optional extension = 18 months Annual value of £348,840.

PEP/CYP/Dynamic Purchasing System for 16+ High Support Accommodation for Young People

South Gloucestershire Council is leading a tender process on behalf of five local authorities including BCC, appointing suppliers to be included in a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), which will be used to commission 16+ Supported Accommodation for young people primarily aged between 16-18, but up to the age of 25. To approve a 3 year DPS High Support Contract for Young people aged 16-25, with the option to extend a further 2 years. The contract provides shared and self-contained high support accommodation for young people aged 16+ with appropriate housing management and support to help young people develop independence skills. The contract will run for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years at a cost of approximately £13m pa. There is no committed spend under the framework contract.
