Children and Young People Mental Health Early Intervention Hubs

The Department of Health and Social Care has awarded 24 for the delivery of Children and Young People Mental Health Hubs. The hubs will provide early intervention services for children and young people within the age range of 11-25 years old. There 12 contracts awarded for each of the geographical areas South and North of England. 23043 - Community Based Open Access Engagement And Mental Health Risk Support For Young People Aged 13 To 25 In Cambridgeshire

Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking an outstanding provider to deliver 'risk support' mental health service to young residents aged 13 to 25yrs in Cambridgeshire. The provider must have a strong track record of reaching, engaging and supporting young people with complex needs, mental distress, who face greater health inequalities and have adverse childhood experiences. This provider must be able to demonstrate through evaluation and performance, the effectiveness of their service to this cohort of young people. \r This service must join up and coordinate its services Cambridgeshire's and Peterborough mental health system. This includes the YOUnited Partnership services (See section 13 Partnerships). This service should also be a driver for mental health system learning.\r
