Framework Agreement for the Provision of Highways Capital Delivery Services

A Framework Agreement for the provision of Highway Services was tendered by West Sussex County Council (WSCC) in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015). Bidders were invited to tender for multiple Lots. A summary of the Requirement is given below. • The appointment of a maximum of five Contractors to each Lot described below under the Highways Services Framework to provide Highways Services across the county of West Sussex. Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the Generation 5 2024 - 2028 Civil Engineering, Highways and Transportation Collaborative Framework. The Framework will commence on 8th January 2024 and will be for a period of four years. Generation 5 (Gen5) Civil Engineering, Highways and Transportation Collaborative Framework 2024 - 2028

This Framework replaces the Contracting Authority's current Gen 4-1, Gen 4-2 and Gen 4-3 Frameworks. These support the Universal Services Directorate Highways, Engineering and Transport team in procuring their civil engineering, highways and transportation infrastructure development related construction works. Further details are within the Lot descriptions. This is a lotted framework with a number of suppliers on each Lot. Each Lot is designed around project value i.e. small value, mid value and high value projects and with some geographical scope lotting (see Lot 2 East/West).
