129_24 Copier Paper

The contract is for the supply of photocopier and printing papers (see also further details as captured for each Lot), including ESPO's own branded range (Shires), for delivery to ESPO's distribution centre and for direct delivery to ESPO customers. Lot 1 - A4 & A3 ESPO 'Shires' Private Label Copier Paper Lot 2 - A5, A4 & A3 Branded Copier Paper, Tinted Copier Paper and Card Lot 3 - Budget A4 Copier Paper - white box The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 35 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period. This framework will operate on-going contract monitoring procedures following award, to ensure financial stability requirements are maintained. Credit rating checks will be carried out on a regular basis, using a credit rating agency. Any changes will be assessed (compared with a baseline credit rating score obtained at contract award stage) and significant changes or sustained degradation will be investigated. Additional information: As a Central Purchasing Body as defined in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Framework Agreement is open for use by Public Bodies (defined at https://www.espo.org/amfile/file/download/file/9608/) that also fall into one of the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authorities; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; The Corporate Office of the House of Lords, The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons; or any public body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament. YPO 001193 - Office Paper

YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of Office Papers. The Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations primarily in the education market, which includes YPO's internal requirements. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO by establishing an agreement for Providers to deliver stock into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. As well as some items on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the Provider, but the Provider delivers direct to the end customer. The Framework Agreement will cover the period from 11th August 2023 to 10th August 2024 with three options to extend for an additional 12 months. The first decision to extend the contract period will be taken by the end of May 2024 and will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the contract to date, the current market conditions for this category and YPO's contracting structures. The maximum contract period will therefore be 4 years, from 11th August 2023 to 10th August 2027 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance).
