Integrated Youth Support Services

The Youth Sector in Gloucestershire is a diverse landscape made-up of a rich and varied range of youth and community organisations, with Council run services, professional youth workers and volunteers. The new Integrated Youth Support Service (IYSS) model seeks to build on and complement this, ensuring at risk young people have somewhere to go, something to do and someone to talk to outside of school. It will focus on addressing disadvantage and inequality by delivering statutory and wider functions, including responsive, detached, assertive outreach, ensuring that our most at risk groups are supported to achieve positive outcomes.\r \r The delivery of the Integrated Youth Support Service model will also underpin the incremental development of a Family Hub model for the county. The Council is seeking to provide a high-quality service which is accessible and inclusive for all Children and Young People aged 0-19, and up to 25 years, if they have SEND focusing on those with an EHCP or are a care leaver in Gloucestershire. In recognition of the fact that this is an evolving programme requiring flexibility to maximise the growing working relationships between the Children and Family Centres and the Integrated Youth Support Service, the Authority are looking to work in a more collaborative way to deliver the best outcomes for all Children and Young People. All Providers we use for this new contract must demonstrate their ability to work in inclusive, innovative, and collaborative ways both in terms of developing the integrated approach to the Youth Support Service.\r \r The initial contract will be awarded for 5 years from 1st July 2024 to end 30th June 2029 with option to extend of up to 2 years. The contract will be commissioned in four Lots:\r \r Lot 1: Specialist Services \r Lot 2: Gloucester and Forest of Dean \r Lot 3: Stroud and Cotswolds \r Lot 4: Cheltenham and Tewkesbury\r \r We expect potential providers to meet a number of minimum standards; these are detailed in the ITT. This will include connecting young people into existing community offers.

Intention to Award Provision of Children and Young People's Safe Zones

The aim of the procurement is to is to provide a service across the Greater Manchester (GM) area that gives support to young people, from 0-17 years inclusive, seven days a week, who are in crisis e.g. experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, suicidal thoughts and evolving to self-defined crisis by the young person. The procurement is looking to develop daytime locality based services. This notice is to confirm the intention of NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board to award contracts under The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 Competitive Process. The expected lifetime value of this contract is £4,250,000. This is an existing service being awarded to new and existing providers. The contract start date is 1st April 2024 - 1st July 2024 (to be agreed between successful providers and the Relevant Authority dependent on mobilisation requirements and the contract has an initial term of 36 months with a maximum extension of a further 24 months.

NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (Leeds Place) Community Based Early Emotional and Mental Health Support for Children and Young People

NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (WY ICB) has awarded a contract for the provision of a Community Based Early Emotional and Mental Health Support for Children and Young People. The service is jointly funded by the West Yorkshire ICB in Leeds and Leeds City Council. Please note that the service is to be delivered to Leeds patients only and not across West Yorkshire. The service will be for the delivery of mental health support to young people outside of education settings, with a particular focus on young people who are least likely to access support through school or GP referral. The age range for the service will be age 11-17 (inclusive) at the start of their support offer. The offer will be extended up to age 25 for care leavers and young people with disabilities.
