NHDC 202207-01 PUBLIC CONVENIENCE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACT - AWARD

The Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced potential contractors to provide a comprehensive cleansing and maintenance service for the Councils facilities. This includes three (3) core public convenience facilities and two (2) seasonal public convenience facilities within the district, with the possible future option of the regular cleansing and maintenance of one (1) public convenience facility in East Hertfordshire. These facilities are listed in Appendix 2 of the specification The service required by the Council broadly comprises: - -regular cleaning of facilities to high standards and the maintaining of a fault log to track any problems at each facility -the upkeep and maintenance of all fixtures and fittings within each core facility inclusive of walls, doors, floors, ceilings and windows, -inspection of the overall condition and maintenance of the facilities -reporting to the Council of broken items or damage which are outside the Contractor's responsibility. Tenders should satisfy themselves that they are familiar with the condition and state of the Facilities including the current standards of maintenance and cleaning at the Facilities prior to the submission of their tender.

NHDC 202302-01: The Provision of Waste & Recycling Collection And Street Cleansing Contract - AWARD

North Hertfordshire District Council (the "Authority") is procuring on behalf of itself and East Hertfordshire Council. The two Councils run a shared service for Waste Collections, Recycling and Street cleansing. The Authority invites expressions of interest from suitability qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of its Waste Collection, Recycling and Street Cleansing Services Contract (the "Contract"). The services under the Contract will include waste collection and recycling services, street cleansing services, and other supporting services (including depot and waste transfer services, container management, and customer care). In addition to the core elements of the services, there are a number of services which are included in the procurement and in the potential scope of the Contract, which are more fully set out in the procurement documents, and referred to as 'Anticipated Changes'. The Authority intends to make site(s) available for the provision of the services. In relation to the provision of vehicles and any provision of finance for vehicles, interested applicants are referred to the procurement documentation for information.
