Communications Solutions

The Framework will provide a comprehensive range of communications and telecommunications solutions. It is let by the University of Essex and is available for use by all organisations across the UK Public Sector (and any future successors). These include (but not limited to) central government departments and agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies, Local Authorities, Police Authorities, Emergency Services, Educational Establishments, Hospices, Registered Charities, National Parks, Registered Social Landlords and any other body permitted by the Contracting Authority. IT Hardware, Software and Consumables Framework

The purpose of this contract is for a selection of suppliers to be contracted under a Framework for the supply and delivery of IT Hardware, Software and Consumables ("Opportunity") across our delivery locations (subject to change) across the Northern Gas Networks region. Framework Agreement for the Supply and Maintenance of Audio Visual Solutions

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for a multi supplier Framework Agreement for the Supply and Maintenance of Audio Visual Solutions. The Framework Agreement will commence on 02/06/2025 for a period of 4 years. This is a multi supplier Framework Agreement, divided into four Lots: Lot 1 - Supply of Audio Visual Consumables - Stock Delivery Lot 2 - Supply of Audio Solutions - Direct Delivery Lot 3 - Supply of Interactive Solutions - Direct Delivery Lot 4 - Maintenance of Audio Visual Solutions Lot 1 of this Framework Agreement is for Goods to be delivered palletised to two distribution warehouses in Hampshire (County Supplies) and Hertfordshire (Herts Full Stop). Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the Supply and Maintenance of Audio Visual Solutions. The Framework will commence on 02 June 2025 and will be for a period of 4 years. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14:00 hrs on Tuesday 01 April 2025. How to obtain the Tender Documents The Tender documents can be accessed when logged into In-Tend by selecting `Tenders` then `Current` and 'View Details' on the relevant tender advert and clicking the 'Express Interest' tab. Once in the tender there are five tabs - 'Tender', 'ITT - documents', 'Correspondence', 'Clarifications' and 'History'. Select the 2nd tab (ITT - documents) where you will find useful information under 'Tender Details' continue to scroll down to the heading 'Tender Documents Received' where you will be able to view / download the documents.
