Responsive repairs, voids and aids and adaptations

The framework is split into lots; plumbing, joinery, electrical, painting and decorating, roofing, general builder, specialist cleaning and multi-trade. Albyn engaged a procurement consultant (Caughey Solutions Ltd) to ensure accessibility by all contractors including hosting of an online workshop with a full walkthrough of what tenderers were required to do.
