Capital Delivery Partner Framework Agreement

This framework agreement is for capital delivery contractors and consultants (capital delivery partners) to support the delivery of Wessex Water's capital programme of work in AMP8 with the option of continuing throughout AMP9. The framework agreement is divided into four lots: Design & Build, Design, Mechanical & Electrical, and Civils. The capital delivery partners will work in collaboration with Wessex Water's in-house teams, other capital delivery partners and the wider supply chain in all aspects of delivering the capital programme. Projects will include the design, construction and commissioning of new assets, and refurbishment, modifications and maintenance of above and below ground infrastructure. The assets and infrastructure include those related to bioresources, waste networks, supply networks, wastewater treatment, water treatment.

Non-Infrastructure Medium Project Work

Non-infrastructure MEICA and Civils ~ Medium (RW1) Project Work. TWUL are procuring delivery capability for Non-Infrastructure projects. TWUL recognises non-infrastructure as nominally all above ground plant, equipment, structures and process; the expected scope of works spans Thames Water's water and wastewater non-infrastructure (treatment) assets across the Thames Water region. The Non-infrastructure scope includes refurbishment, replacement and provision of new potable water and wastewater treatment assets including service and storage reservoirs Water non infrastructure scope includes but is not limited to: - refurbishment, replacement and provision of new potable ground and surface water production assets such as enhanced slow sand filter performance, - disinfection, - surge protection, - chemical dosing, - supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), - run-to-waste facilities, - cartridge filters and UV, - increased power resilience, - inspection and maintenance of existing service and storage reservoirs. A framework covering the provision of works associated with Motor Control Centres and Systems Integration across the Yorkshire region. This framework covers three lots: 1) Design, manufacture, testing, delivery to site of motor control centres, panel assemblies, low voltage switch gear, along with the provision of the associated systems integration services, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and associated training and support services; 2) : Repair, upgrade, and maintenance of existing motor control centres, including the provision of spares, installation, commissioning, and associated training and support services; 3) Systems integration work on existing YWS assets and the integration of new assets into the YWS network, such as PLCs and intelligent motor control centres.
