Merseytravel wishes to invite tenders for the provision of Lift Maintenance and Repairs Including Planned Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Emergency Call Outs across the Merseytravel Estate. The purpose of this procurement is to establish a framework for the provision of Specialist Estates Engineering & Maintenance Services (Hard FM). The framework will provide a one stop shop for organisations to fulfil their Specialist Estates Engineering & Maintenance Service (Hard FM) requirements, with suppliers selected for their experience and ability to provide customers with a comprehensive range of services and works that combine quality, value and compliance.
