SSD 23 10 - Derbyshire Framework for Specialist Residential Care and Nursing Homes (under 65 years)

Derbyshire County Council Adult Health and Social Care are establishing a Framework for the procurement of Specialist Residential Care and Nursing Home Placements (under 65 years).\r \r This Framework will replace the existing contracting arrangements for all new specialist residential care / nursing home placements from April 2024 (proposed date). This includes Emergency Placements and Respite Care.\r \r IMPORTANT - POST APRIL 2024 - IF YOU ARE NOT ON THIS FRAMEWORK THEN NO PLACEMENTS CAN BE MADE BY DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL\r \r We would primarily welcome interest from Providers operating in the County of Derbyshire, as well as Derby City, Staffordshire, Stoke on Trent, Leicestershire, Leicester, Nottinghamshire, Nottingham, Stockport, Tameside, Oldham, Kirklees, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, Greater Manchester and Cheshire East. Gloucestershire Community and Accommodation Based Support (CABS) - Services for Homelessness and People in Vulnerable Circumstances

Gloucestershire County Council is acting as a Lead Authority for the creation of a Pseudo Multiple Provider Framework (the Framework) for the delivery of Community and Accommodation Based Support (CABS) - Services for Homelessness and People in Vulnerable Circumstances. This Framework will allow members to secure CABS services as they are required from a pre-accredited list of providers who will be checked for suitability and experience in delivering these types of services. Preferred Providers will be appointed to and awarded a Framework Agreement(s) for each Lot, which the Council will use to enter into call off contracts, as they are required, to meet the council's and/or partners' assessed needs.
