B2G Pitched and Solar Roofing solutions and all associated works, goods and services

On behalf of Gold Hill HA, B2G.services have tendered a national framework for use by contracting authorities across the UK wishing to procure the new or continued services of specialist roofing contractors to deliver pitched and solar roofing installations, repairs and upgrades, and all associated works, goods and services, for both residential and non-residential property. The B2G DPS operates alongside all B2G frameworks, whose 'dynamic open' format enable contract assignment of projects in whole or part to specialist suppliers registered on the B2G DPS, who then contract with the authority and deliver those elements under the auspices of the framework supplier, and compliant with the specification, standards and regulations set out in the framework documents. This facility optimises project procurement, delivery, risk management and control. To this end, roofing projects and or programmes can be awarded to the framework supplier - all of whom are pitched roofing contractors - to deliver the roofing works and oversee the roofing programme, whilst the solar elements can be assigned to the RE tech specialist registered on the B2G DPS, who is better to suited to manage those solar PV elements from design through network connection. RE tech specialists are invited to register for the DPS at any time.

Roofing works to Dining Hall and Kitchen 2024

Works to address leaks to the main campus kitchen, servery, and dining room flat roof whilst minimising disruption to the operations within. Work includes the strip out and replacement of insulation and waterproofing system throughout in line with building regulations. This will necessitate the temporary removal of air handling equipment associated with the commercial kitchen and other items including an air conditioning cassette. Works are likely to include the replacement and / or the removal of 17no existing roof lights thought to be fragile in nature, removal of an asbestos cowl and other related tasks.
