Portsmouth City Council ('The Council') are seeking quotes from suitably qualified play equipment providers to remove existing play equipment, supply and install replacement play equipment at the following three playgrounds in the Portsmouth area: o Hilsea Lido Playpark (PO3 5LS) PO2 9RP? o Baffin's Playpark (PO3 6PG) o Watersedge Playpark (AKA Portway Playpark) (PO6 4RX) The main purpose is to replace old play units with new, however bidders may optionally also propose to utilize any existing unused space to provide additional equipment within the space to increase the sites' play value, if achievable within the maximum budget for that site. Suppliers may submit bids for one or more of each of the sites listed. Each supplier may submit up to two proposals for each site. DBC (SF) Design, supply, delivery and installation of 2 Play Areas 2024 - AWARD

Dacorum Borough Council is issuing this Invitation to Tender as a Further Competition under Lot 2 - Playground Equipment of ESPO Framework 115_21. This further competition is for 2 lots which includes 2 play area locations. Bidders can choose to submit bids for one or both lots as they wish. Each of the lots will be evaluated individually. The evaluation criteria are shown in the Part A tender document and is the same for all sites. Each lot includes the design/installation of a new play area and removal of all existing play structures, unless we have stated otherwise in the site specifications to keep certain structures. A fixed budget has been allocated for each of the Play Area sites.
