A competitive tender process was undertaken by Southampton City Council for the provision of Post 16 Semi Independent Accommodation & Support Services (3rd Anniversary Re-opening) on behalf of the following authorities; Bracknell Forest Borough Council, Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole - BCP Council, Dorset County Council, Hampshire County Council, Portsmouth City Council, Wokingham Borough Council”.
