The Provision of Estates Professional Services - Valuation Services

The Lead Contracting Body wishes to establish a single Provider Contract for the provision of Estates Professional Services – Valuation Services for Derbyshire Police, Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service and The Derbyshire Police and Fire LLP. The contract will commence on 1st July 2021 for 3 years with an option to extend for another 2 x 12 months and will be extended subject to satisfactory contractor performance and service.

The Provision of Force-wide Cleaning including Building Cleaning, Specialist Cleaning, Window Cleaning and Washroom Services

The Lead Contracting Body wishes to establish a single Provider Contract for the Provision of General Cleaning, Specialist Cleaning, Window Cleaning and Washroom Services for Derbyshire Constabulary, Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service and Derbyshire Police And Fire LLP, for a 4 year period with the option to extend for a further 4 x 12 months. Please note: Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service are unable to commit at the point of publishing this tender, therefore wish to have the option to join at a later stage. The Lead Contracting Body is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the “Regulations”). This Contract is being procured under the Open procedure.
