Modular Buildings 3

NHS Shared Business Services act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) - existing and new. These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework. NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) has put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of Modular Buildings and related Goods and Services for Healthcare to be used by NHS SBS Approved Organisations. The Modular Buildings 3 Framework Agreement will provide Approved Organisations with a compliant route to market to purchase, hire, or lease Modular Buildings. The majority of the building will be constructed in a controlled factory environment before being delivered, offloaded, and incorporated into the works on a prepared site. The Modular Buildings 3 Framework Agreement will be a nationwide Framework Agreement providing buildings which are to be used in healthcare, education, residential, and the wider public sector. London Construction Programme Major Works Education Framework MW24-E

The London Construction Programme (LCP) was established in 2012 by Haringey Council, supported by other London Local Authorities, to develop a pan-London strategy to improve construction procurement. The LCP is a 'virtual organisation' currently hosted and operated by Haringey Council's Strategic Procurement Team, led by the Chief Procurement. The LCP currently has a membership of 60 London and Home County Public Sector organisations. A new Framework is required to replace the current LCP Framework (MW19) which expired in December 2024. The new Framework is to provide construction related activities for Education provisions covering Planned maintenance, Fire safety, Retrofit and Refurbishments. The works will be procured in 8 lots: Lot 1.1 New Build £1m-£5m contract value Lot 1.2 New Build £5m+ contract value Lot 1.3 Single Stage tendering, £1m+ contract value Lot 1.4 Modern Methods of Construction, (no minimum contract value) Lot 2.1 Retrofit, refurbishment, adaptations and remediations £1m-£5m Lot 2.2 Retrofit, refurbishment, adaptations and remediations £5m+ Lot 3.1 Planned component replacement works and fire safety works £1m-5m Lot 3.2 Planned component replacement works and fire safety works £5m+ The Framework will be established for a period of 5 years and will be available to any public sector body in London and the Home Counties. LCP awarded reserved places for micro-, small-, medium- and large-enterprises on different Lots in order to encourage SMEs and provide choice for its Clients. The Reserve List will also be used for this framework for those Tenderers who are unsuccessful in being awarded a place on the main Lots who qualified to met the minimum quality criteria. This new framework will replace LHC's successful Modular Buildings Framework (MB2) Framework which expires May 2025 and will be for the provision of Modular Buildings for the public sector for use by: - Education - Healthcare - Emergency Services - Offices - Community related buildings including sport facilities, theatres, & other types of community buildings - Residential projects where they are part of a mixed use development or for student accommodation for schools and universities The framework will cover the design, supply, installation and hire of permanent, temporary, and refurbished modular buildings for the public sector and tenderers will be required to offer a full turn key solution, providing all services required to deliver a full project from design through to handover.
