EN:Procure - Framework for Installation, Servicing, Maintenance and Repair Works (GEN4)

EN:Procure Ltd. (ENP) is a social housing regeneration consortium based in North of England. ENP specialises in the procurement of goods, works and services for the construction and maintenance of social housing properties. ENP wishes to procure and enter into a Framework Agreement with multiple contractors for the completion of a range of installation, repair and/or servicing works to be undertaken on a planned, cyclical or responsive basis to residential and/or commercial buildings predominantly in the regions of Yorkshire and Humberside, East Midlands and North West England but this may extend to other areas of the UK. Call offs under the framework may be undertaken on a on a single stage or multi-stage call-off basis, with provisions for early contractor involvement. The scopes of the framework includes (but not limited to) the following items: - refurbishment, maintenance, repairs and/or minor construction works (including extensions/rebuilding etc) to various property types, including residential and mixed use developments including commercial or public infrastructure buildings/assets, - installation and using of different traditional and modern building technologies and energy efficiency solutions in line with the current standards, - making minor building, infrastructure, planned, remedial repair and reactive maintenance works - Works to prepare void properties for relet - Servicing, inspection, testing and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems - Works to prepare void properties for relet The contractors will be expected to complete the works to a high standard and are expected to share ENP's commitment to regeneration, specifically the creation of training, work placement, educational activity, direct and shared apprenticeship, and new employment opportunities. Over the term of the framework ENP will expect contractors to develop their own ESG strategies as appropriate to bring wider benefits to ENP and members. Contractors will be required to interact with, and source certain materials from, the suppliers who are appointed to other framework agreements utilised by ENP members (which are each subject to a separate procurements and Contract Notices).

EEM0056 Property Improvements and Decarbonisation Works Framework

Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of frameworks and DPS agreements. Our membership has now grown to over 352 members including organisations providing services to the whole public sector including housing associations, local authorities, NHS Trusts, Education Providers and Emergency Services. EEM Ltd has conducted a tender exercise for the renewal of our existing Property Improvement Works Framework (EEM0056) which expired in 2024 with the inclusion of a lot for Decarbonisation works. The Framework agreement will be for a period of 48 months and will run from 29th April 2024 to 28th April 2028. EEM have appointed up to 10 contractors onto each of the workstream and geographical sublots described below. • Lot 1 - Domestic and Commercial Property Improvement Works Lot 1 Midlands <£1M - 10 Contractors appointed Lot 1 National <£1M - 10 Contractors appointed Lot 1 Midlands £1M> - 10 Contractors appointed Lot 1 National £1M> - 10 Contractors appointed • Lot 2 - Decarbonisation Works (Domestic and Commercial Properties) - Midlands - 10 Contractors appointed - National Coverage - 10 Contractors appointed Additional information: The call-off contracts to be awarded pursuant to the framework agreements to be entered at conclusion of the procurement exercise may extend for a duration of up to 5 years beyond expiry of the 4-year framework term. Please note that the total potential framework value stated within this notice is in relation to the full 4-year framework and takes into consideration the lot structure, length of call off contracts and that the EEM membership may grow over the framework lifetime. Where the contract notice states a maximum of suppliers to be appointed to the Framework, this means within each lot.
